Welcome to my website! My name is Nouné Karapetian, and I'm a Boston-based real estate agent with over a decade of experience helping clients buy and sell homes. I reside in a close suburb of Boston and have extensive knowledge of the housing markets and school systems in the area. 

With my background in opera singing and education, I am a great listener, negotiator, and patient problem-solver. Before starting my real estate career, I was the founding director of Bell Music School, where I taught singing and piano for 20 years while also performing in leading roles with many local opera companies. My expertise in music and education gives me a unique perspective when it comes to helping my clients navigate the complex world of real estate. My strengths include remaining patient, calm, and in command in tense situations, as well as being creative with the process of making an offer or preparing the house for sale and helping my clients showcase their house in the best light.

I specialize in assisting first-time buyers, downsizers, as well as people relocating to the Boston area domestically or internationally. I understand the unique needs of each of my clients and work tirelessly to help them achieve their goals.

In addition to my real estate work, I have a YouTube channel called Boston Area Homes by Nouné K, where I share valuable information about the local real estate market and tips for buying and selling homes.

In my free time, I enjoy listening to podcasts and watching YouTube videos on Health and AI breakthroughs, exercising, reading, traveling, going to concerts and theater, and spending time with loved ones, including my dog Diesel. My passion for learning and exploring new things is reflected in my approach to real estate, where I am always looking for innovative ways to help my clients achieve success.
